Depending on the season. For weekends in the summer (May – September) we recommend booking at least one year in advance. For other dates, you can book a few months ahead. It is always best to reserve the space as early as possible.

All food and beverages are handled exclusively by Great Events Catering, except for cakes.

Yes, dogs are allowed in the tent during the ceremony. However, they are not permitted once food service begins to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

You have access to Meadow Muse Pavilion from 9:00 AM to 1:30 AM. If no event is booked the day before, you may arrange to set up the day prior. Similarly, if there is no booking the following day, you may coordinate to tear down the day after your event.

Yes, outdoor ceremonies can be held in various beautiful spots near Meadow Muse Pavilion in Fish Creek Park. However, these locations are not managed by Meadow Muse and must be reserved through Alberta Parks or Bow Valley Ranche Restoration.
